My philosophy
Being a musician, I got to travel and to live all over the world. During my vast experience in many countries on three continents I have come across all kinds of people interested in music. Beginners and advanced, professionals and amateurs, adults and children. Some of them felt attracted to it by a yet undiscovered force, some searched for the last pieces of mosaic that would complete the whole picture of their lives. To some of them, music has finally given answers while to others it posed even more complicated questions. But, as Ludwig van Beethoven has put it, "Music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy."
I believe music has a uniting power over us all, how ever different we might seem at first. A good performance is a reminder of an incredibly benevolent guiding force behind. And sparkling eyes of a child (or adult), proud of his first major achievement on this path are totally worth hours of hard work and even occasional frustration.
That's why in my teaching I try to guide and nourish what Nature has given, sharing with my students knowledge and appreciation of this wonderful art. It is my belief that no matter how rough a day one had but once a person enters this incredible world of music, he or she will always be truly happy.
"If you look deep enough you will see music; the heart of nature being everywhere music."
Thomas Carlyle
